Privacy

Only what the app needs to work:

• Your account: an email address, a display name, and a password we store hashed — we never see the password itself.
• Your league, mirrored from the platform it lives on: league and team names, rosters, matchups, transactions and standings. For Sleeper this is public information; for Yahoo it is read with your permission after you sign in to Yahoo yourself.
• What you do here: your play-money coin balance and its history, bets, contest entries, picks, poker hands and draft picks.
• What you write: messages in your league's feed and in a trade room.
• A push token for your phone, only if you turn on notifications.
• A record of which reminder emails we sent you, so we never send the same one twice.

• Payment information. There is no payment — the coins are not purchasable, withdrawable or redeemable, ever.
• Analytics, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or third-party trackers. There are none in this app.
• Your location, contacts, photos or health data.
• Anything about you from anywhere other than you and the fantasy platform you chose to connect.

Your camera and microphone are used in one place only: the live draft room, so your league can see and hear each other on draft night. Joining the cameras is always optional, the video is not recorded, and it is not stored anywhere by us. If you never open a draft room, we never ask.

We use a small number of services to run the app. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else:

• Vercel — hosting, and the server logs that come with it.
• Neon — the database.
• Resend — sending account and reminder emails.
• Daily — the video connection on draft night, while a draft room is open.
• Anthropic, through the Vercel AI Gateway — writing your weekly recap from numbers the app has already calculated.
• OpenRouter — the trade analyst's read on a proposed trade.
• Sleeper and Yahoo — we read your league from them. We never write to Sleeper, and Yahoo only with your permission.
• RANDOM.ORG — only if your commissioner chooses an independently witnessed draft order. That draw creates a public record which contains the team names in the draw.

Services that give us football data — The Odds API, nflverse, Fantasy Football Calculator — receive nothing about you at all.

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings → Delete your account. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.

Your login, your name, your email, your coins and every bet, contest entry and pick you ever made are deleted for good. What stays is the part other people are standing on — the trades and claims in your leagues’ records, the poker hands you played with other people, and anything you said in a room — and your name comes off all of it. We keep that because deleting it would quietly rewrite other people’s history: the manager who traded with you would have players on their roster that arrived from nowhere.

• Which notifications your phone may buzz about, per type, in Settings.
• Reminder emails — turn them off in Settings. Account emails like a password reset always send.
• Hiding somebody: their messages stop reaching your feed. They are never told, and nothing else about them changes.

SideBetr is not for children. It is rated 17+ and it is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what we collect or who we share it with will be said plainly in the app, not buried here.
